Outlined below is our Safe Operating Plan which outlines measures to keep Northirn Overland operating safely as British Columbia’s economy restarts. We’ve made changes to our vehicles and pickup designed to improve sanitation, promote physical distancing, and avoid crowding where possible, as outlined throughout this page. Please check back for updates as we continue to evolve our response strategies.

Contactless Pick-up & Drop-off

By request, we offer contactless pick-up and drop-off.

Prior to departure we send you an email with an overview of how to use the camper. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.

When you're done, simply drop-off the camper and we'll take care of the rest.

Vehicle Cleanliness

Rest assured that when you pick up your vehicle, that it has been fully cleaned and sanitized. In every vehicle, we also include complimentary masks and hand sanitizer.

Visiting Communities

British Columbia is home to many Indigenous Communities that, during the pandemic, do not wish to host visitors. Please be respectful by watching out for local signage and regulations.

Covid-19 Related Cancellation Policy

We don’t want you to worry about booking with us during these changing times. When you book with us, rest assured that if you are prevented from traveling due to government restrictions, contact tracing due to COVID-19, or have COVID-19, we can reschedule or offer your booking fee as a credit for future dates. Trips within 7 days of rental will be addressed case by case.
